Transform Vista to Mac Leopard

Have you try to use Mac Leopard..? Have u also try to use Vista...? so... which one is most convenience...?
For me I would like to choose both.. he.h.e.he because both are having the "sucks" part, and also both are having the "fun" part... For that reason, I prefer to use Vista as the global OS, since I live in Asia, and most of us are using Microsoft product. But I like Mac also..
To satisfy my wish, here is what I did for my notebook. The tips on transforming vista to Mac Leopard, its just the themes and a feature which makes vista looks like Mac Leopard.
Here is the list of application needed on transforming vista.
1. VistaGlazz -- to be able on adding modified themes from third party
2. Vista Deskhack -- This run-time hack fixes the hardcoded strings of Vista's Desktop Settings Control Panel (desk.cpl) for all Visual Styles (but not Aero.msstyles).
3. Logon Studio Vista -- to customize and create our own Logon background
4. RK Launcher -- is the dock feature which be able to act like Stack Docklet in Mac Leopard.
5. Mac Cursor package -- is a package contains the set of Mac cursor
For item no 4 , the package that I provide is complete with the RK launcher themes, plugin, icon and the StackDocklet.dll to make the Stack effect in RK launcher.

1. Vistaglazz
There are two installer in the package, VistaGlazzsetup and VistaGlazzBeta2, First you need to install VistaGlazzsetup then secondly is VistaGlazzBeta2. VistaGlazzBeta2 is for vista SP1.
Please click here to download.

2. Vista deskhack
Please download here. To install, follow the instruction inside the package.
After these two have been installed, now u can add the leopard themes to:
vista: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Now u can change the themes to leopard from the control panel.
To download the loepard themes, click here.

3. Logon studio vista
Click here to download the installer and the LeopardLogin file.
and apply the logon wallpaper in the package: LeopardLogin.logonvista
You can also create your own logon background.

4. RK Launcher:
To download, please click here.
to make stack features it needs StackDocklet.dll file
That file is attached.

After installation, Place StackDocklet file in:
vista --> C:\Program Files\RK Launcher\docklets\StackDocklet\

and run the RkLauncher.

To add stack Features into RKlauncher:
1. Make sure the rklauncher is not locked (right click on rklauncher, and uncheck Locked )
2. Right click on rklauncher, select add Docklet... new window will popup
3. In the docklet information box, change type to ObjectDock Docklet
4. StackDocklet.dll file should shown in the left handside
5. Click on that file, and click Add to Dock
6. Click close
Now the new StackDocklet will appear in rkLauncher

to configure that new StackDocklet:
- Right click on the new StackDocklet -- new window will popup
- Select folder (which folder to be added into that StackDocklet) --> If u want to add application shortcut,
create a folder in anywhere, and add application shortcut into that folder as many as u want, then point the
StackDocklet to that folder.
- Select Icon
- Click OK
and Try it.

Note:
To make more than one StackDocklet, you need to copy StackDocklet.dll file and rename with different name (e.g. MyTools_StackDocklet --> to point a folder contains application shortcut).
And add stackdocklet to rkLauncher by following the instruction above.

5. Mac Cursor
To download Mac Cursor, please click here.
To change the cursor type to Mac style,
go to: Control Panel --> Mouse --> Pointers
Change the style by select one of the cursor status, then browse and point to the Mac cursor folder, and select the matches cursor status.

Add RKLauncher on Vista

Customize your vista by adding the most convenient program launcher like RKLauncher.
RK Launcher is a free application that will allow the user to have a visually pleasing bar at the side of the screen that is used to quickly launch shortcuts. With support for themes, PNG's and ICO's and with smooth amazing animations, RK Launcher is a versatile and great taskbar replacement.

All parts of RK Launcher can be fully customized. From the number of icons that gets zoomed on mouseover to the background and icons; the user can set it all as he likes. With support for themes, users can exchange their favorite looks and change the look of the launcher with one click.

Moreover, you can add Stack Docklet feature like in the picture above. Stack feature first implemented by Macintosh with their new OS version Leopard. But now you can add this feature to your Vista.
